The NV Energiebedrijven Suriname (EBS) announces that as a result of trade union actions this morning by the board of the employees’ organization, the services to the community will be temporarily limited.
With the exception of the collection offices in Noorderkerkstraat, Zorg & Hoop and Latour, all other EBS collection offices and service centers are closed. Customers can contact the various external service providers.
The gas service is limited to bulk gas supply and breakdowns. The customer service number 175 can be reached normally. Faults can normally be reported, taking into account a less smooth handling.
