Grenada and the Kingdom of Bahrain have established diplomatic ties. This was done in conjunction with the United Nations General Assembly’s session number 78.

Joseph Andall, the foreign minister of Grenada, and Abdullatif Bin Rashid Al Zayani, the foreign minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, exchanged a formal communiqué.

As a result, the two nations’ friendship and cooperation in the areas of politics, economy, trade, culture, and other areas of shared interest grow stronger.

The two sides placed strong emphasis on critical areas that can broaden the relationship between the two nations, and welcomed the unwavering commitment of both sides to coordinate efforts to ensure bilateral relations are strengthened.

The agreement was signed on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
